Below is the outline schedule for stands.
We would ask all exhibitors and contractors to adhere to the timetable below as this will help with a smooth build up.

If you are not able to unload & remove your vehicle within the timeslot allocated for Voyage Control, please go to the Organisers Office before your time slot expires for assistance.
Space only stands with any special requirements or with equipment that will have issues manoeuvring through a 3m gangway or equipment over 3m wide, should contact the Operations Team, viv.orchard@vivevents.co.uk.

PLEASE NOTE:
No exhibits or stand fittings are to be removed before 17:30, or until all visitors have left the halls on Thursday 15th January.

Only our official lifting partner Lift You Hire will be permitted to operator within the halls on Thursday 15th January once it is safe to do so.
SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITORS: All shell scheme exhibitors must have vacated their stands by 20:00hrs on Thursday 15th January, as shell scheme dismantling will commence at this time.
If this causes a problem concerning the security of your stock, please contact the Organisers Office as soon as possible. Please make sure you remove all display panels & promotional material as this will be removed as waste if left on your stand after this time.
SPACE ONLY EXHIBITORS: Please ensure all exhibits, stand fitting & waste materials are cleared from the halls by 20:00 on Friday 16th January. Any materials remaining after this time will be removed as waste.
Exhibitors failing to comply with this order will be charged at £300 per hour (or part thereof) for clearance of the waste.
