Exhibitor Parking at the NEC

The NEC now operates a fully digital parking system for exhibitors, so physical parking passes are no longer issued.

All exhibitors must pre-book parking online before arriving onsite using your unique single-use promo code(s) which will be sent to you direct from the NEC.

Your booking includes free parking for:

• Build days

• Event open days

• Breakdown days

• Overnight parking (if selected)

 

Car Park complimentary pass allocation is based on stand size; 

Up to 20sqm - 2 complimentary passes

31sqm-50sqm - 3 complimentary passes

51sqm-100sqm 4 complimentary passes

101sqm – 300sqm - 5 complimentary passes

Over 300sqm  - 10 complimentary passes

 

1. Review the NEC exhibitor parking guide

We recommend visiting the NEC exhibitor parking help page, which includes FAQs and a step-by-step guide to booking free exhibitor parking using your Promo Codes, which will be sent to you from the NEC.

 

2. Pre-book before entering the NEC site

All exhibitors must pre-book parking in advance (any time up to midnight the day before your arrival). Book via the NEC Online Exhibitor Parking Portal. Exhibitors who do not pre-book will be charged the standard on-the-day NEC rate at the exit barrier.

 

3. Require overnight parking?

A standard NEC parking day runs 06:00–02:00. Vehicles remaining on-site without an overnight booking will incur overstay charges of £2 per hour. Booking a multiday stay with overnight included ensures the balance is reduced to zero.

 

4. Additional parking requirements

Additional parking, outside of your complimentary pass allocation, is available at a discounted rate if booked in advance. More information on Exhibitor Advantage Parking can be found here:

Exiting the car park during Build-Up and Breakdown

Parking is completely free for exhibitors and contractors during these periods.
 

• During build and break, you can still validate your free parking at any pay-on-foot machine in the venue by entering your vehicle registration and scanning the QR code on your Voyage Control delivery pass.

• No Voyage Control pass? Simply collect a QR code from the lorry park team, venue security or our organiser team and validate at a pay-on-foot machine in the venue. 
 

If you don’t pre-book or validate your free parking before returning to the car park, your vehicle won’t be recognised at the exit barrier, and a £25 fee will apply (card payment only).
