Toby has been working in farm management for over 25 years. Following his graduation from Harper Adams University, his career has seen Toby taken on developing a number of farming businesses across East Anglia, Oxfordshire and Southern Ireland. Toby has been Farm Manager at the Wicken Estate for 7 years, growing cereals, sugar beet, potatoes, onions and implementing practices such as reduced tillage potatoes, cover crops and grazing with the aim of enhancing soil health
