With a background grounded in practical agriculture - including roles at Cargill and as Commercial Manager for Wells Agriculture - Richard specialises in translating complex commercial requirements into high-value digital tools.
Previously leading the development of Frontier’s digital grain marketing solutions, Richard’s remit now spans the full breadth of Frontier’s digital propositions. He is responsible for the "Proposition Gateway," ensuring that all digital investments deliver tangible commercial value and seamless integration for Frontier’s farmer customers.
