Philips’ impressive 40 year career has significant experience of dealing with growers, consumers and logistics.

Starting at S M Hackett & Son in 1989 he began running their grain trading operations from 2000. In 2012 he joined Countrywide Farmers trading grains and handling logistics in a larger team. Joining Openfield in 2015 he traded wheat and barley in the Northwest and then also the Southwest and Southeast. Since 2020 he’s been a key account manager working on a national basis.
