Petra works as Head of Health and Safety for Agrii UK and is vice-chair of the IOSH Rural Industries Group. With 25 years’ experience as a safety professional Petra has worked predominantly in the agricultural sector, with previous roles in Defra, RPA and NFU Mutual Risk Management Services.

Petra is passionate about safety across the agricultural and rural industries and is always willing to be a spokesperson and advocate for improving safety on our farms, raising awareness about positive changes that can help improve the industry’s safety record.

In her spare time Petra also volunteers on two further committees, for North East Hants Ploughing Society and as Safety Officer for her local clay pigeon shooting club, as well as being a Governor for Treloar’s School & College in Alton, Hampshire.
