Neil Barrett is the owner-operator of NJB Hoof Care and has worked in agriculture for his entire career, starting his journey by attending Warwickshire College of Agriculture before completing a placement at the Royal Farms, Windsor, and spending time in New Zealand. On his return, Neil embarked on a career in livestock production, focusing on dairy farming managing different sizes and systems. Neil’s interest developed in cattle lameness and he founded NJB Hoof Care. Eight years later, he has a business that trims over 10,000 cows per annum.
