James works as the National Agroforestry Adviser for England, championing, supporting and upskilling the farming and forestry sectors to undertake agroforestry, and hopefully breaking down the historic silo between these industries. He also leads the team of Agroforestry Woodland officers who support and work directly with farmers on the ELMS offer, as well as providing advice and support to local and national organisations regarding agroforestry.
