George is a Farm Advisor and Chartered Environmentalist. After moving from veterinary science to agribusiness, he now works as a Livestock Sustainability Consultant at Promar and as a Livestock Policy Advisor to DEFRA.

Alongside his professional roles, George is studying towards a Professional Doctorate in Agriculture at IBERS Aberystwyth, where he researches how cows influence soil biodiversity and carbon in grazing systems. He works closely with beef and dairy farmers across the UK, supporting improvements in animal health, environmental performance, and long-term farm sustainability.
