Finley has worked as part of Frontier's crop nutrition team since 2018 following a number of years working with a regional fertiliser business. In addition to his business development role, he is responsible for for coordinating and driving activity with Frontier's commercial teams who work with growers to evaluate the versatility and sustainability of their crop nutrition programmes. Finley has a broad range of knowledge across both liquid, solid and foliar products and works closely with growers to asses the approaches that best fit their farm business. By collaborating with Frontier's precision teams on solutions such as in-field grain analysis, he and the wider nutrition team are also helping growers to make data-led decisions and meet end market specifications to get the most value from their crops.
