Agriconnect’s LAMMA is shortlisted for ‘Best UK tradeshow more than 8000 sqm’ at the AEO Excellence Awards 2026
Organised by the Association of Event Organisers (AEO), the awards celebrate the very best achievements across the events industry, recognising exhibitions that demonstrate innovation, commercial success, audience engagement and outstanding customer experience.
The shortlist follows a record-breaking year for LAMMA, which welcomed more than 45,000 attendees and over 800 exhibitors to the NEC Birmingham in January 2026. Spanning 48,592sqm of sold exhibition space, the event marked the largest edition in LAMMA’s 44-year history.
Over the past year, LAMMA has continued to evolve beyond a traditional machinery exhibition, becoming a vital platform for innovation, policy discussion, education and future-focused farming solutions. The 2026 show saw the successful co-location of CropTec and Low Carbon Agriculture, alongside the launch of new features including the Dairy & Beef Hub, Future in Farming Zone and Innovation Trail.

The AEO Excellence Awards are among the most prestigious accolades in the UK events industry, celebrating organisers, venues and suppliers that deliver exceptional event experiences and measurable business impact. Winners will be announced later this year.
