TRAMSPREAD TRAILED EDPU with compressor

Tramspread offers an extensive range of purpose-built engine driven pump units (EDPU) including skid-mounted, trailed (with and without compressor), braked fast-tow and the high-specification Contractor Trailer. All offer many benefits when compared to tractor PTO-driven pumps, including a significant saving in labour and machinery, freeing-up an additional person and tractor, as well as typically using 35% less fuel.

The Trailed EDPU with compressor is a popular option. Pump options include a Bauer SX2000 or Doda HD35 with a 6” inlet and 4” outlet. Priming is carried out with a Honda-powered Bauer vacuum pump.

Current typical specification includes:

• FPT six-cylinder 175hp engine
• Bauer SX2000 or Doda HD35 slurry pump
• Honda-driven Bauer vacuum pump for priming
• 140 CFM compressor
• 513-litre fuel tank 
• Sprung and braked axle with 355/60R18 wheels/tyres 
• Road and work lights
• Remote control system: Tramspread SIL Vision IV radio
  or Tramspread Teletram 2020 GSM.

Options: FPT 238hp engine, 180 or 260 CFM compressor, remote sponge ball (pig) launcher and suction hose transport kit.
