Standen OMEGA / Verticam / Galaxy / Dahlman Roller cleaning tables

We can manufacture OMEGA separation units to fit existing grading line applications, with electric or hydraulic motor drive. These can be made upto 2.4m wide and with any number of rollers to suit the application. With different fluted scrolls available, and steel or rubber extraction rollers, we will have a solution for you. We can also supply these with a control system to suit your needs.

Galaxy star cleaners are also available from STANDEN, again upto 2.4m wide, in a length to suit your application. Verticam units are also manufactured by us. These consist of a contra-rotating star unit underneath that keeps the stars clean even in very wet conditions.

Roller table, or Dahlman separators are still popular across the world, we manufacture these from scratch up to 28 rollers wide, and from 800mm long to 1175mm long with hydraulic drive.
