The sheep conveyor takes the stress out of sheep husbandry tasks, it's low maintenance and has a vari width deep V belt to suit different sizes of sheep and adjustable belt speeds to suit different tasks.
We make a 3m trailed unit, a 3m static unit and a 14ft static unit. We also offer the option of a remote control kit to use away from the conveyor for those who lone work which has been very popular with mobile dipping companies. The conveyor is easy to use and suits a small herd to a large herd.
Most husbandry tasks can be completed using the conveyor, such as:
Drenching, vaccinating, Dipping (trailed unit lifts up to fill mobile dippers), pour on, bolusing, tagging, mouthing, blood testing, pitching, orfing, dagging, foot care etc.
The conveyor eliminates the need to work the sheep in a race, saving injury and time, which has been very helpful to farmers who have sustained previous injuries. One farmer said: " We have had the conveyor for just over two years, and what it saves in time and user welfare is invaluable. It's easy to set up for use - out on the hill or in the farm yard- and has become an integral part of our sheep handling operations"
The conveyor was made by the farmer, for the farmer.
