Employers are legally required to provide adequate training for anyone who uses work equipment, including agricultural vehicles such as All‑Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). They must also ensure that only employees who have received appropriate training, including training on any towed equipment or attachments, are permitted to operate them. Proper training helps prevent serious accidents and supports employers in meeting their duties under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER).

NPORS has accredited courses for the following ATV categories:

Upon successful completion of training and testing, participants will obtain an NPORS Operator Card.
