AERWORX-BIO

Designed to work in synergy with their machines, Aerworx, in consultation with BioLevel, have released their own range of microbial inputs to fast track the restoration of soil biology.... with the logical approach that products are applied once compaction has been alleviated.

AerWorx-Bio is a next-gen biological product containing a unique and synergistic set (consortium) of microbial species that occur naturally in healthy soils.

WHY?

The “ trade agreement” between plant and microbes is the synergistic relationship whereby roots supply energy to the micro-organisms in the form of root exudates and the bacteria efficiently provide accessible nutrients for the plant. This process has evolved over millions of years!

The beneficial microbes:

  • Solubilise Phosphate reserves in the soil. Most soils have plenty of phosphate but it is unavailable to the plant unless certain microbes are present. e.g. enzymes produced by the microorganisms break P bonds between Al, Ca, and Fe, resulting in a plant accessible form of P.
  • Improves Potassium availability

  • Increase Nitrogen fixation in the rhizosphere.

WHY CHANGE WHAT I DO?

Cutting synthetic fertiliser use with AerWorx-Bio :

  • reduces costs

  • avoids fertiliser availability issues

  • reduces future fertiliser carbon tax

  • sustains yield potential

  • builds in environmental sustainability with a natural organic product

  • restores, not kills, soil biology

WHY AERWORX-BIO?

  • Designed for ease of use on farm

  • Safe

  • Proven (independant trials evidence efficacy)

  • Consistent Results

  • Multiple bacterial species to ensure resilience and performance regardless of soil type

  • Shelf-stable for two years in all formulations

  • Requires no refrigeration, on-site fermentation or mixing

  • Highly compatible with fertilisers, pesticides and other biostimulants

  • Apply via hopper or with dry/liquid fertilizers.

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE:

  • AERWORX-BIO DRY

This product is intended as a dry hopper applicant. This product can be applied directly to seeds in the hopper at the time of planting.

  • AERWORX-BIO SOLUBLE

This product is intended as a liquid in furrow or broadcast application for grass and small grain. A single application per growing season is recommended .

  • AERWORX SEAWEED +

At a concentration if 2BB CFU /g the microbes have been vacuum dried onto sustainably sourced seaweed flakes.

Seaweed provides a great source of trace nutrients as well as a proven growth stimulant for grass.

  • STUBBLEWORX

StubbleWorx is a potent blend of fungal and bacterial microorganisms designed to help decompose crop residues and improve soil NPK availability in the soil.

EVIDENCE:

1. BANGOR UNI TRIAL - GRASSLAND:

  • 26% increase in DM yield
  • 25% increase in protein
  • 23% increase in plant P

2. CEREALS

  • 16.9% increase in DM yield- wheat (ADAS)
  • 100% positive yield outcome -wheat & barley (CertisBelchim)
  • 20% reduction in fert + Aerworx -Bio = same yield (Trial IRE)
