Air-Seal Heavy Duty Tyre Sealant

Our most popular tyre sealant, Air-Seal Heavy Duty is designed for a wide range of on-road and off-road vehicles and machinery, making it particularly suited to demanding agricultural applications.

Once installed inside the tyre, the sealant spreads evenly across the inner surface as the wheel rotates. When a puncture occurs, the loss of air pressure forces a combination of aramid fibres and fillers into the puncture site, creating an instant repair and preventing further air loss.

Heavy Duty can seal tread-area punctures up to 15mm, helping to maintain tyre pressure, reduce inconvenient puncture-related downtime and keep machinery working when it matters.

Air-Seal Products tyre sealants are liquid-based, contain no glues or gums and will not prevent a conventional tyre repair or re-treading.
