6500B+
The 6500B+ is a large-scale, modular heat-to-power unit using an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology. It converts available low-grade or waste heat into electrical power without additional fuel consumption or direct emissions
-
Maximum gross electric output: up to about 125 kW (gross) for the 6500B+ model.
-
Thermal input range: ~400-2,200 kW_th (depending on configuration) for the 6500B+ variant.
-
Hot water / heat source inlet temperature range: about 70 °C up to ~150 °C for the 6500B+.
-
Cold water / condensing water inlet temp: around 4 °C to 65 °C, typical water-cooled loop.
-
Uses a robust twin-screw expander/generator setup produced by BITZER (semi-hermetic twin screw) capable of handling “wet” two-phase flows — making it more tolerant of variable heat sources.
-
Modular factory-packaged system; designed for both indoor and outdoor installation.
-
Zero fossil-fuel input, closed-loop working fluid (e.g., R245fa) and zero direct emissions.
-
Design life: about 20 years.
