The Qualidisc 21000 T is arranged in four independently mounted frame segments. Pressure on each segment can be adjusted pair by pair via the Ground Contour System to ensure a constant pressure on the soil. Due to this unique ground following, the Qualidisc 21000 T leaves a perfectly even surface. The conical discs (Ø 600mm) ensure a full cut and  excellent performance for catch crop incorporation. The machine operates at speeds of up to 20km/h, maintaining a full cut at a consistent working depth in all soil conditions.

Year-round soil cultivation – What the Kverneland Qualidisc can do

The short disc harrow Qualidisc is the right choice for high performance soil preparation, in all kinds of conditions and for a wide field of applications.

Spring
Breaks up compacted topsoil after frost or heavy rains, accelerating soil drying and warming
Prepares the seedbed for spring crops like maize, which require deeper cultivation for strong root growth

Summer
Stubble cultivation immediately after harvest for effective residue management
Second and third passes help control weeds and volunteers, reducing reliance on herbicides
Enables cover crop establishment when paired with an a-drill, improving soil health and biodiversity

Autumn
Cuts and incorporates maize stubbles to combat corn borer infestation
Refines ploughed fields into a fine, crumbled seedbed ideal for small seeds such as oilseed rape, grass, and legumes

Stubbling and seeding of cover crops in one pass.
Fitted with the Kverneland a-drill on the short disc harrow, cover crops are established during stubble operation highly efficiently in one pass. The systematic coverage of soils by a vegetal cover in autum is one of the measures considered to avoid nitrate leaching in the water source as requested by the EU nitrate directive. The cover crop will absorb nitrogen from the soil and air, to convert it into organic nitrogen. The cover crops will then release nitrogen to the next crop (1/3), protect soil against erosion and improve its structure.

Why choose Kverneland Qualidisc?
Whether you’re preparing for spring seeding, managing summer stubble, or conditioning autumn fields, the Qualidisc short disc harrow delivers consistent performance and long-lasting reliability.
