    Halse South West will introduce Ovlac's Range of Vine Yard Machinery at This Years Lamma Show.

    Ovlac  vineyard range of machinery are designed for the professional wine grower top fruit and hop farms.  The Uk has currently over 2000ha with around 700 vineyards producing 5 million bottles each year. Wine producers in UK will plant a record 1m vines over the next 12mths , these figures demonstrate that wine is one of the fastest-growing agricultural products in the U.k    In the last 10 years the number of grapevines planted has increased by 135% according to the English Wine Producers trade body.

    With the increasing demands across Europe Ovlac have therefore designed a full range of cultivation machinery which has been developed for narrow rows, not only to cut down on chemicals being used for weed control, but also to level rutted and compacted inter rows and encourage more vigorous plant growth.
