The 7 mm tines take care of the crucial work. They are arranged with a tine spacing of 31.25 mm and in 6 rows. This line distance is the result of intensive testing, since a uniform work pattern should always be left behind from one tine bed to the next. When weeding, the tines penetrate the soil to a maximum depth of 2-3 cm to break up and crumble the upper soil crust. This ensures better soil aeration and the capillarity is interrupted. However, the primary focus is on the control of unwanted weeds. While the tines sweep over the soil, weeds which are already germinating are pulled out and deposited on the surface of the soil. On it, they wither and die. This eliminates approximately 90 % of the weed seedlings in the crop.

With its 1.300 kg weight and working width of 12 m, the Tined Weeder can be operated with tractors starting at 80 HP.

Also available working widths: 6 m and 9 m

Your advantages

  • Mounting option for 6 mm, 7 mm and 8 mm tines
  • Wear tip of the tines is 20 mm longer than the competition for a longer service life
  • Greater bend angle of the tines for optimal weeding results
  • Changeable track width of the support wheels
  • Gentle folding, thanks to curve control and longer hydraulic cylinders
  • Bended lower link catch plates for easier coupling of the weeder
  • Uniform work pattern across 12 m thanks to the ideal line distance of 31.25 mm
  • Smooth central tine adjustment on each harrow section thanks to the connection without bolts
  • Constant ground adaptation of the weeder´s tine beds thanks to chain suspension
  • On undulating ground, uniform application of pressure by the forks on the tine beds thanks to the individual suspension and lateral compensation of each fork
  • Lateral tine beds are automatically pivoted in thanks to parallel guidance
  • Independent adaptation of each individual harrow section to ground contours
  • Can be combined with Pneumatic Seeders, PS 200 M1 to PS 500 M2 with hydraulic fan
  • Hydraulic adjustment for tine pressure optional
  • Lighting and sights optional
