Horning Increases Feed Nutritional Value and Business Profitability

Horning Increases Feed Nutritional Value and Business Profitability
Horning welcomes visitors to LAMMA 2020, we will be displaying our latest innovations to increase the margins for cattle/dairy farmers, AD plants or contractors.

Using the Patented Fibertech Chevron rollers, which have been designed to increase the nutritional value of the feed and maximise digestibility, increase productivity and overall profitability.

Horning introduced the game changing model of the Dual Cut roller in 2007 which set the bench mark for animal feed, due to the highest kernel processing capability and ability to shred crop at any chop length. Our latest roller model, the Fibertech Chevron roller, has taken another leap ahead in crop processing innovation.

With an ever-increasing demand for higher horsepower and throughput in maize and wholecrop harvesting, the bottle neck can be the processing rollers, not delivering quality forage or throughput.

The latest Horning offering ensures customers get the best results from their forage harvester and in turn provides forage material of the highest quality.

Fibertech Chevron rollers come in two variations of maize or wholecrop/small grains. Both models offer unrivalled performance in the field, with exceptional customer feedback on forage quality.

With the introduction of the wholecrop model with specifically designed teeth and spiral cutting on the rollers which break down grains more efficiently whilst optimising power usage. Also, shredding the straw/plant material to create a greater surface area for enhanced feed material, never seen before in wholecrop.

With the new Fibertech Chevron rollers you are now able to increase the chop length in maize or whole crop to suite your forage requirements.

Maximise your feed material and profitability now, available for any self-propelled forage harvester.
