TotalSource’s catalogue contains more than 46 million part numbers. Over 210,000 of these items are always in stock, accounting for 60% of the fastest-moving products. Some specialised or less common items are made to order. For these parts, we offer just-in-time ordering through our global network of more than 7,550 suppliers. Each of these suppliers has been carefully selected for its ability to consistently deliver high-quality parts.

From there, we collaborate with more than 1,200 logistics partners to ship parts to over 180 countries.

We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before the cut-off time, ensuring that 94% of all TotalSource orders are shipped within 24 hours. And that’s not all: of the remaining orders, 90% are dispatched within 48 hours. Our logistics partners power this efficiency and enable us to provide express delivery of critical TotalSource parts.

Thanks to TVH’s more than 50 years of experience, we have built an extensive database covering details of over 50,000 equipment models from more than 1,200 makes. So, when a part seems impossible to find, our support team uses this cross-reference data to identify a compatible alternative. This means you can still get the parts you need, even if the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) has discontinued them.
Our plan for out-of-stock parts
But what if a TotalSource part isn’t in stock? When this happens, our team takes immediate action on two fronts. The first priority is to solve the immediate problem by finding a suitable alternative at short notice to help our customers as soon as possible. We usually look for a cross-compatible replacement in our catalogue, but we will look elsewhere if necessary. Simultaneously, we solve the problem for the future. We place a replenishment order with our supplier and work to adjust our stock levels to reduce the risk of recurring shortages.
