We produce from various material including Carbon spring steel, Stainless steels (302,316 & 17-7PH), Phosphor Bronze, Silicon Chrome, Chrome Vanadium, Inconel, Nimonic, Hastalloy.

Compression Springs:

Springmasters Ltd have the technical expertise to assist, design & manufacture custom compression springs for all industries. We can produce custom compression springs to technical drawings, detailed specification or re-engineer from a sample.

We have the capabilities to produce a diverse range of custom compression spring’s including conventional parallel side compression springs, Conical custom compression spring’s, Barrel Spring’s, Variable pitch compression spring’s, Reduced end compression spring’s.

Finishes: Heat treatment, Scragging (Pre-Stressing), Shot Peening, Barrelling, Electro plating, Phosphate & Oil, Passivation & various high salt spray resistant coatings.
